The Employee Resources Division (ERD) Recruitment Team has scheduled training for any personnel wishing to join the team. Recruiters play a vital role in representing the department while informing motivated candidates about the many career opportunities with our department. Recruiters maintain strong relationships within the community and uphold a respected reputation within their command, fostering trust, accountability, and professionalism on all fronts. The recruitment team is open to both sworn and professional staff from all divisions.
This training course is 3 hours and is for department members interested in becoming recruiters. There will be no overtime offered to take this course as being a recruiter is voluntary.
